For most of us November ushers in the holiday season with its parties, shopping, family, and STRESS.
So, for this month’s WellWork I thought rather than giving you even more to do I would make your month a little bit easier and less stressful (I hope).
Every Tuesday for the month of November I will post a mediation designed to help you relax and let go of some daily stress. The mediations are short, about 10 minutes, so you can listen to them on your lunch hour, during a quick break or anytime you have a few minutes to sit back and relax in a quiet comfortable location. Just don’t listen to the mediations while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.
The mediations will be posted on this blog as well as on my Youtube channel.
