If you have been keeping up with this month’s WellWork exercise you have probably been asking yourself this very question, ALOT! And, by now you should have counted quite a few ways.
What have you experienced since you started the exercise? Do you feel differently about yourself? Have your relationships with friends, family or coworkers changed?
As you continue to list the things you love about yourself it is important to also take notice of how your life changes. These changes can provide valuable feedback and reinforcement about the areas and ways in which you are improving your life and the lives of those around you.
