This month’s WellWork assignment is to keep a Gratitude Journal and write down not only what you are grateful for but a few short sentences as to why.

Have you been writing in your journal daily or at least 3-4 times a week?
Part of the exercise is to experience the emotion of gratitude while you are writing in your journal, how does it feel to focus on gratitude for several minutes a day?
What changes have you noticed in your life since you started this exercise? Stop and think about it.
- Are you people more helpful and polite toward you?
- Are you getting along better with coworkers or family members?
- Did you get that new promotion you wanted?
- Do you feel happier?
