Today’s Challenge:

List 3 things for which you are grateful .

1) My dog, Jake

2) My health

3) My fantastic clients

Remember, expressing gratitude on a daily basis improves your quality of life in a variety of ways such as improving your sense of well being (some studies show by more than 10%), helping you sleep better, boosting your health and strengthening interpersonal relationships.
